If the product is unused and unopened, this (well packaged) return can be shipped. Please remember to process the return form back for the fastest service.

After returning to us, we will check that it is actually unused and not opened. After accepting the return, you will receive an email from us.

You can send the product back up to 14 days after placing the order.

Did you get the gift with your order? Please note that we will also refund these if you no longer need to refund the minimum order value for the gift.
